To open a Banxe account, please follow these steps: Click the "Get started" button in the right upper corner, enter your email, and choose a password (min. 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase, 1 digit, and 1 special character), go through identity and account verification, and top up your account. The new card can be ordered directly from the Home dashboard by choosing Cards, Order New Card.

How to activate my physical card?

Once you receive your physical card, effortlessly access the activation instructions with a QR code found in the welcome letter. Within a few steps, you'll be able to use your card for in-store purchases.

The virtual card will be activated and ready to use for online purchases immediately after the card is issued.
